Jyoti Subramanian
TUESDAY evening - 7:30-8:30pm
Chakra Meditation
NOTE: This group will not meet on April 22.
The human body was designed to heal itself. Stress and/or injury can block your energy pathway thus resulting in shallow breathing, which can intensify stress and pain due to lack of oxygen received by the organs. Breathing into your Chakras allows your body to dissolve the blockages and increase the supply of Oxygen and Prana (chi) to every cell of the body. The abundance of Oxygen and Prana enables the body to reestablish its healing power.

Come experience your inner strength in this basic class on "Chakra Meditation". You are not required to have any knowledge of the Chakras or any kind of meditation, this class will introduce you to the process in an easy step-by-step method while working deeply on one chakra per session. Facilitated by Jyoti Subramanian.
Class Fee: $20.
► Contact Jyoti at 469.441.4390 or s.jyoti@verizon.net for details.
► Note: Drop-ins are welcome.

Yoga, Breath, and Sound
Treat yourself to a morning of deep relaxation. The stress and strain of life can lead to a buildup of tension that weighs us down and keeps our bodies and minds from functioning at optimal levels. This event will include gentle yoga and breathing exercises to open your body and mind. Let's release unnecessary tension, allowing your body to function in a more natural, relaxed state, enhancing its ability to heal. We will transition seamlessly from yoga into an extended lying-down sound relaxation/meditation accompanied by ancient Tibetan bowls. The sound vibrations of the bowls will wash away any worries and concerns, leaving you feeling light, clear, peaceful, and refreshed.
