Tai Chi for Busy People (Easy Tai Chi)
Special classes: Weather permitting, the June 4 morning Tai Chi classes will be held outdoors, on the west side of Cottonwood Park, 1301 W. Belt Line Rd, Richardson, about a mile and a half from the meditation center (see a map). In case of wet or rainy weather, the classes will be held at the meditation center.
NOTE: The Tai Chi classes will not meet on July 7 or July 9.
Special classes: Weather permitting, the May 28 morning Tai Chi classes will be held outdoors, on the west side of Cottonwood Park, 1301 W. Belt Line Rd, Richardson, about a mile and a half from the meditation center (see a map). In case of wet or rainy weather, the classes will be held at the meditation center.
Class meets once per week. Choose which session you'd like to attend during the week. Drop-ins and all abilities are welcome!

The meditative, sequenced form of Easy Tai Chi is gentle, graceful, and flowing, using movements from longer Tai Chi forms that affect the entire body. Health benefits from the practice can include improved balance, coordination and strength, increased relaxation, energy, circulation, flexibility, muscle tone, enhanced immune system and the lowering of blood pressure.

This 10-week series is instructed by Janna Whitton. Previous experience with Tai Chi is not required. (You may begin attending even if the 10-week series has already begun)
Suggested donation range: $100-$150 for the 10-week class.
Drop-in suggested donation: $10-$20 per class
