Dallas Fort Worth meditation and mindfulness has a new home. It is the Dallas Meditation Center located at 727 S. Floyd Rd., Richardson, TX 75080. (Near 75 and Spring Valley).

The Dallas Meditation Center

This 6,000 square foot building is dedicated to wellness education, life enrichment and the art of mindful living. The DMC functions as home for the growing DFW community of mindfulness practitioners. The DMC is born out of the expansion and growth of the AwakeningHeart.org meditation groups (established in 2007).

The DMC brings together the Awakening Heart classes, workshops, retreats, and special events that have been held in other facilities throughout the city. The DMC is now also a unique home for Zen, Vipassana, Pure Land, Thich Nhat Hanh, yogic & qi meditation, conscious dance, energy healing, and other authentic and genuine traditions of meditation and mindful living.

Spaces For Lease

The DMC is inviting health and wellness practitioners and professionals to lease office spaces located within the building. Lease spaces range from $400-800 per month (discounts available to DMC members). View a DMC floorplan. DMC is intending on the businesses sharing space with our mindful community to have services rooted in health, wellness, healing arts, or holistic therapy such as massage therapists, psychotherapists, chiropractors, herbalists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, music/art/drama therapists, fitness counselors, hypnotherapist, kinesiologist, life coaches, vegetarian caterers, etc.
