We are one of the first and largest nonprofit Interfaith meditation centers in North Texas, home to Meditation and Mindfulness (modeled in the style of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh), Chanting, Yoga, Taichi, Qigong, and other genuine traditions of meditation and mindful living.
