Dallas Meditation Center
We are one of the first and largest nonprofit Interfaith
meditation centers in North Texas, home to Meditation and
Mindfulness (modeled in the style of Zen Master Thich Nhat
Hanh), Chanting, Yoga, Taichi, Qigong, and other traditions of
meditation and mindful living. All are welcome. Our practice is
intentionally beginner friendly.

Outdoor Socially-Distanced Candlelight Walk
Drop in between 6-8pm CST for a socially distanced luminary walk
to mindfully bring light into 2021! This is a come-and-go
event. Plan to be in the walk no more than 10-15 minutes, giving
all a chance to participate. Takes place on the grounds of
Dallas Meditation Center (NOTE: We will be outdoors, the
facility will not be open).
